One of my favourite small scenes taken in 2023. Light filtered through the forest canopy above created some incredibly colourful reflections on the surface of a small stream along the trail where we often walk. Tiny insects skirting the water brought the ripples to life as I waited patiently, transfixed on the little patch of light, with my 600mm lens. A fleeting moment creating a favourite memory and photo.
