What Goes Around

I discovered this classic old barn whilst driving around the backroads of southern Alberta one spring and for the following year it had been in the back of my mind, knowing I had to return to attempt a Milky Way pano. I had my chance in April 2024 and ventured out for a long night of driving and shooting to make it happen. As I lit the scene, I was thrilled to discover the field around the barn had been cut in a circular pattern that ultimately matched the galactic arc, seemingly bringing it all full circle. The faint glow or aurora to the north was just an added bonus!
