Insignificance I

In the spring of 2021 I got to further explore one of my favourite locations in the Alberta badlands. Our first night there yielded some decent photos but after taking a few hours to really get into the location the following day, I discovered some incredible comps to return to after dark. I strategically and methodically hit each spot with just enough time to light and photograph them all before the start of astronomical twilight. It was easily one of the most incredible and productive nights of shooting I’ve ever had and it produced some of my favourite ever photos. Here’s one of them - from the final stop of the night.
