Fiery sunset light peaks out from behind cool blue mountains in a photo I'm almost embarrassed to tell how it came to be. I spent the late afternoon waiting to see if the light would kick off near a favourite location. I waited until after sunset and still no light so I decided to pack up all but my wildlife lens. As I made my way down the road, sure enough, the clouds began to illuminate in soft pinks and oranges. I stopped along a bridge, stepping out into the frigid winter winds. Not wanting to change lenses, I took a pano off the edge of the bridge at 150mm, not expecting it turn out but feeling like I had to at least put in some effort for the effort the landscape was showing me. Sure enough the pano stitched together and I ended up with a scene I'm pretty happy with.
