A collapsing storm approaching Edmonton created this incredibly photogenic outflow boundary that we chased east past Tofield. We got a bit of a late start and it took us a little bit to get out ahead of it but once we were I figured this old favourite would make a good foreground target with this huge stack of flapjacks that stretched across most of the visible horizon on approach in the background. This storm looks intense but there’s nothing to it but wind sculpted water.
This is a handheld, 8 shot pano.
